The Boosted Boards App provided a way to manage your electric vehicle, set configurations options, track your millage and participate in events. The app also included integration with the back end server.

On the hardware side, the app could also control various features on the vehicle via a custom Bluetooth secure protocol. It also provided anonymous telemetry data and firmware updates over the Bluetooth connection.
